Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas is the oldest and most established gated community in the city, a hillside enclave that has defined the upper end of Cabo San Lucas real estate for more than four decades. Pedregal Heights occupies the summit, with the most commanding panoramic views in all of Los Cabos.
