Rancho San Lucas

Rancho San Lucas is a Solmar Group master-planned community on the Pacific coast of Cabo San Lucas, occupying 1.2 miles of oceanfront terrain where desert meets the open sea. Anchored by a Greg Norman Signature golf course, a growing retail and dining village, and a tiered collection of residential neighborhoods from Santa Barbara-style villas to large oceanfront estates, the community has established itself as the primary Pacific-facing golf and resort residential address on the Cabo side of Los Cabos — distinct from the Corridor's Sea of Cortez orientation and from the larger, older master plans further west.

Lifestyle

The Solmar Links Golf Course, a Greg Norman Signature design, runs along the Pacific coastline through natural dunes and desert terrain, with ocean views from every hole on the front nine and fairway positions that make the most of the dramatic Pacific-desert landscape. Ownership at Rancho San Lucas includes access to Solmar Group's resort amenity network: beach club, pools, dining, and special benefits at Solmar's Cabo San Lucas properties, giving the community a hospitality backbone that supports both personal use and rental performance. The Village, a Mexican-style retail and dining hub within the community, provides residents with walkable access to restaurants, boutiques, and services without leaving the gates. The Pacific beach club on the 1.2-mile oceanfront provides lounge areas, dining, and ocean activity programming, while the active surf and swell of the Pacific side gives Rancho San Lucas a more elemental coastal character than the calmer Sea of Cortez communities nearby.

Access & Setting

Rancho San Lucas sits on the Pacific coast of Cabo San Lucas, north of Quivira and Diamante along the same stretch of Pacific shoreline. The community is accessed via the Cabo San Lucas highway corridor, approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the marina district and downtown. The Pacific-facing position gives the development a different energy from the Corridor communities on the Sea of Cortez side: stronger swells, more dramatic coastal terrain, and a sense of geographic remove that belies its proximity to the city. Los Cabos International Airport is approximately 35 to 40 minutes by car, consistent with other Pacific coast communities. The development is fully gated and double-gated in certain neighborhoods with 24-hour security. Day-to-day services, dining, and the full infrastructure of Cabo San Lucas are within a short drive, anchoring the community firmly within the city's orbit despite its wilder coastal setting.

Amenities & Buyer Fit

The amenity program at Rancho San Lucas spans the Greg Norman Signature golf course, the Pacific beach club, The Village retail and dining hub, pools, racquet sports, and access to Solmar Group's broader resort network across Cabo San Lucas. Membership and amenity access are tied to ownership, with benefits extending to discounts and priority access at Solmar's hotel properties in the city. Three MLS subdivisions define the residential landscape. The Villas is the community's most active product: 110 records of Santa Barbara-style 3- and 4-bedroom single-family homes positioned above the fairways, with private pools and golf course views. It represents the most accessible ownership entry point into a Pacific golf community in Cabo San Lucas. Norman Estates are the community's signature oceanfront villas, positioned directly above the Pacific at the top of the product range. San Cristobal is the estate lot offering for buyers seeking to build on large Pacific-view parcels within the community's established infrastructure and security envelope.
