Dramatic coastal desert landscape with rugged terrain meeting a calm turquoise sea, Twin Dolphins, Cabo Corridor, Los Cabos

San José Corridor · Los Cabos

Twin Dolphins

Twin Dolphin is a master-planned private community on the Cabo Corridor built around a shared club infrastructure unlike anything else in Los Cabos luxury real estate. The site carries its own history: the land was once home to Hotel Twin Dolphin, opened in 1977 and known as one of the first true luxury retreats on the Baja Peninsula, accessible only by private plane or yacht. That legacy of exclusivity runs through the modern development. Four residential neighborhoods share access to the Twin Dolphin Club, a private golf and adventure club that serves as the community's social and recreational core.

Lifestyle

The Fred Couples Signature Golf Course is the anchor of daily life at Twin Dolphin: 18 holes of championship golf woven through the natural Baja desert, complemented by The Backyard, a walkable 6-hole par 3 short course and short game facility for casual rounds. The club is designed around a multigenerational membership model, with a social calendar of weekly dinners, seasonal events, and organized clinics that gives the community genuine year-round energy. Beyond the fairways, the club operates Dos Arroyos, a dedicated mountain adventure destination set across rugged desert terrain above the coast. More than ten miles of hiking and biking trails, a private glamping site with butler service, and facilities for archery and other pursuits make it the most expansive outdoor activity program offered by any private community in Los Cabos. The combination of coastal golf and desert adventure defines a lifestyle that has no direct equivalent in Baja California Sur.

Access & Setting

Twin Dolphin sits at approximately kilometer 12.5 of the Transpeninsular Highway (Mex-1), on the Cabo Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The property occupies a stretch of coastline that includes Bahia Santa Maria, one of the few protected swimmable bays on this section of the Corridor, giving the beachfront neighborhoods direct access to calm-water beach without the exposure of open Pacific coastline. Los Cabos International Airport is roughly 30 minutes by car via the four-lane Corridor roadway. The community is fully gated with 24-hour security and its own internal road network connecting the residential neighborhoods to the club facilities. The Shoppes at Palmilla and the Corridor commercial zone provide upscale retail and dining nearby, while both Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo are within a comfortable 20-minute drive in either direction.

Club membership is unlocked exclusively through property ownership within the four residential neighborhoods of the Twin Dolphin community. Maravilla is the community's beachfront residential address, offering villas, townhomes, and custom homesites on two swimmable beach stretches with a dedicated club and resort-level service model. Montage Residences Los Cabos brings the Montage Hotels hospitality brand to bear on a collection of branded residences with full hotel amenity access.
