By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. What the Services are
Own Cabo Homes helps people search for real estate in Los Cabos, Mexico. The Services include a searchable collection of property listings, neighborhood and buyer guides, market insights, saved listings, searches, and lists for people with an account, and ways to contact our team.
The Services provide information. They are not an offer to sell or buy any property, and viewing information on the Services does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship with us.
We may change, add, or remove features of the Services at any time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or send us an inquiry. To create an account, you give us your name, an email address, and a password.
The information you give us when you create an account or contact us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. If you think someone else has used your account, email us at info@owncabohomes.com right away.
4. Acceptable use
When you use the Services, you agree not to:
- Break any law or the rights of anyone else.
- Give false or misleading information in an account or an inquiry, or pretend to be someone else.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or try to get around their security, rate limits, or other protections.
- Try to access accounts, administrative areas, or data that are not yours.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute listing information, or use it for any commercial purpose.
- Use our contact forms to send spam or anything unrelated to a genuine inquiry.
5. Listing information and accuracy
Listing information is provided in part by participating Multiple Listing Service members and is displayed for personal, non-commercial use. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; buyers should independently verify all details.
Listing details such as price, availability, size, photographs, and descriptions come from third-party sources, change often, and may be out of date or contain errors. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or still available.
Neighborhood guides, market insights, maps, and similar content are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make a decision about a property.
6. Third-party content and links
The Services include or link to content and services we do not control, such as maps, virtual tours, and other websites. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their text, graphics, logos, design, and software, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Listing information and photographs may belong to the Multiple Listing Service members and other people who provide them.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms. We keep all other rights.
If you send us content, such as the notes in an inquiry, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve the Services.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the extent the law allows, we and our officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services, including any decision you make based on listing information or other content. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are an agreement between you and BONN REAL ESTATE SA DE CV, doing business as Own Cabo Homes. The law that governs these Terms, and the courts that can hear a dispute about them or about the Services, are those that apply to BONN REAL ESTATE SA DE CV as the operator of the Services, except where mandatory law where you live gives you other rights.

10. Ending your use of the Services
You can stop using the Services at any time. To close your account, contact us through our contact page or at info@owncabohomes.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services or your account at any time, including if you break these Terms, if we need to for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering the Services. The sections on listing information, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and governing law keep applying after your access ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a notice on the Services or by contacting you directly. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
