Nolan was awesome. We had a deadline to find a house, and he was willing to work with our awkward schedule and weather conditions to get it done. He is honest and professional, and was able to let us know how move in ready or how much necessary renovation needs to be done from what he can see. He even helped out with a mishap while we were house hunting that was completely unrelated. He is genuine, caring, and has a great attitude. He knew all the answers, or knew who to contact to get the answers, and responded as soon as he could. He was also fantastic with paperwork, making sure we got things done on time or fast enough to put an offer in, etc. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did while we were looking for a house.
Nolan was extremely helpful in my search for our first home! We Walked into some homes and he would tell us what he knew about them, and others he was looking around and telling us “I don’t think you guys would be happy here”, and he was right! I worked with Nolan a few times. The first time i didn’t find anything I liked and wasn’t ready to settle for just any house. Nolan didn’t try to force me into buying when I wasn’t ready and didn’t get frustrated even after I asked to look at A LOT of properties. When I was ready to buy, he answered right away and helped me find and lock down my perfect first house.
Nolan is responsive (answering emails, texts, and calls in record time), patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about houses (he was been able to correctly assess the conditions of roofs and siding in advance of inspections) and the Des Moines market. He worked tirelessly with us for five months while we scoured the market for the right place. He never pushed us towards making a purchase that wasn’t a good fit and over time he developed a sense for what properties and locations would work for us – and we saw a LOT of properties. Once there was a place we wanted to see Nolan typically had us in there within an hour. We’ve been in our new home for the last five months and still LOVE it. Nolan worked with my wife and I on our relocation to West Des Moines. He made a VERY challenging experience MUCH easier to navigate.
